3. Roblox Platform
Our games and experiences are hosted on the Roblox platform. Your use of Roblox is also governed by Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards. We are not responsible for Roblox platform issues.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to exploit, cheat, harass other users, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violations may result in bans or legal action.
5. Virtual Items & Currency
In-experience purchases using Robux are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and assets on our services are owned by Dualwire or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Dualwire is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
